CompositionOflotas Mz Mango Flavour Suspension 30ml is used to treat diarrhoea and dysentery caused by confirmed or suspected bacterial or protozoal infections, as prescribed by your doctor. It also helps relieve gas and abdominal discomfort linked to these infections.
It contains ofloxacin, an antibiotic, along with an antimicrobial agent and an antiflatulent. Take the suspension by mouth as directed by your doctor, who will determine the appropriate dose and duration for your condition. Continue for the full course prescribed, even if you start to feel better.
Drinking plenty of fluids, including oral rehydration solutions if advised, helps prevent dehydration caused by diarrhoea. Eating light, easily digestible meals and maintaining good hand hygiene can also support recovery and help prevent the infection from spreading.
