Noklot Tablet 10 may interact with the following medications:

• Anticoagulants: Medicines like warfarin and heparin, when taken with Noklot Tablet 10, may increase the risk of bleeding.
• Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs): NSAIDs like ibuprofen or naproxen can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding when taken along with this tablet.
• Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs): This medicine, when taken with SSRIs like citalopram and fluoxetine, can also increase the risk of internal bleeding.
• CYP2C19 inhibitors: Medicines such as omeprazole can reduce the effectiveness of Noklot Tablet 10 by inhibiting its metabolism.

There are no specific food interactions known with Noklot Tablet 10.

Noklot Tablet 10 may interact with the following diseases:

• Peptic ulcer disease: Individuals with this condition are contraindicated from taking this medicine as it can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
• Gastrointestinal haemorrhage: Those with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding are also contraindicated from using this medicine to prevent further complications.

The daily dose of Noklot Tablet 10 should be as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage can vary according to individual needs, including the severity of your condition and your response to the medication.

If you accidentally take more than the prescribed dose of the medicine, you might experience common side effects like abdominal discomfort or bleeding (haemorrhage).
