Nicoduce 5 Tablet is used for the following:

• Prevention of angina pectoris: This medicine helps in preventing the occurrence of this type of chest pain.

• Long-term management of stable angina pectoris: It helps in managing recurring chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart.

• Managing symptoms of coronary artery disease: This disease results in narrowed or blocked blood vessels that supply blood to the heart.

Follow these instructions while taking Nicoduce 5 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid crushing, chewing or breaking the tablet.

• Do not take more than the dose advised by your doctor.

• Continue taking this medicine as directed, even if you feel better. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor.

Nicoduce 5 Tablet is taken orally.

Nicoduce 5 Tablet contains Nicorandil (5 mg). Here's how it acts on your body:

• Potassium Channel Activation: Nicorandil opens up potassium channels in your blood vessels. This leads to relaxation and the widening of blood vessels, a process known as vasodilation.
