Neofortan D Tablet 10

Neofortan D Tablet 10 is prescribed to relieve pain and discomfort caused by muscle spasms in conditions such as intestinal colic, gallstones, kidney stones, menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea), and pancreatitis. It helps relax smooth muscles, reducing cramping and pain associated with spasmodic conditions of the digestive and urinary systems.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

Neofortan D Tablet 10 is taken orally. 

Neofortan D Tablet 10 contains the following ingredients:

• Camylofine dihydrochloride (50 mg): It acts as an antimuscarinic agent, blocking the action of acetylcholine at muscarinic receptors. This results in smooth muscle relaxation, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract and other visceral organs, alleviating abdominal cramps and pain associated with various conditions.
• Diclofenac potassium (50 mg): It is an NSAID that contributes by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are mediators of inflammation and pain. By blocking their production, Diclofenac reduces inflammation, providing additional relief from discomfort and pain.

• Neofortan D Tablet 10 should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Incorporate more glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, vitamin D, and calcium-enriched supplements into your routine. Additionally, turmeric and fish oils can aid in reducing pain and inflammation in the tissue.
• Avoid strenuous exercise that may exacerbate abdominal pain. 
• Opt for stretching, low-impact aerobic exercises (walking, biking, and swimming), and simple yoga.
