Neo Drol 500 Injection is a corticosteroid used to manage severe inflammatory, allergic and autoimmune conditions where a strong, rapid effect is needed, including severe asthma, serious allergic reactions, rheumatic and skin conditions, and certain blood and other disorders.

It contains methylprednisolone. It works by strongly reducing inflammation and calming an overactive immune system.
