Cloneon Injection 1ml contains Clonidine (150 mcg), which works on the body as follows:

• Alpha-2 receptor stimulation: Clonidine activates specific receptors in your brain called alpha-2 receptors, which helps reduce the activity of your sympathetic nervous system (the part of your nervous system that controls your "fight or flight" response).
• Blood vessel relaxation: By calming your sympathetic nervous system, this medicine causes your blood vessels to relax and widen, allowing blood to flow more easily throughout your body.
• Heart rate reduction: The medicine decreases your heart rate, which combined with the relaxation of blood vessels, effectively lowers your blood pressure.
