Metasone Cream 15Gm

METASONE Cream is used to relieve inflammation, itching and redness of the skin in adults and children with corticosteroid-responsive skin conditions.

• Eczema and Dermatitis: Reduces redness, swelling and itching in eczema and dermatitis.
• Psoriasis: Helps manage inflammation and scaling caused by psoriasis.
• Allergic Skin Reactions: Eases redness and itching from allergic skin reactions.

To use Metasone Cream 15gm correctly, follow these instructions:

• Ensure the affected skin area is clean and dry before applying the cream.
• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area as directed by your doctor.
• Gently massage the cream into your skin until it is fully absorbed.
• Avoid applying this cream on your face, underarms, or groin unless instructed by your doctor.
• After application, wash your hands thoroughly unless they are in the area being treated.

Metasone Cream 15gm contains Mometasone (0.1 % w/w), which works in the body as follows:

• Inducing Lipocortins: Mometasone induces the production of proteins called lipocortins. These proteins play a crucial role in controlling inflammation by inhibiting the release of certain inflammatory mediators, such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes.

• Store Metasone Cream 15gm at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
• Keep it away from direct heat and moisture to maintain its effectiveness.
