Melano TX OD Tablet is used in adults to manage heavy menstrual bleeding and other conditions involving excessive or abnormal bleeding, including bleeding related to surgery and certain inherited conditions.

Uses of Melano TX OD Tablet are:

• Heavy Menstrual Bleeding: Helps reduce excessive bleeding during periods (menorrhagia).
• Surgical Bleeding: Minimises bleeding during and after certain surgeries, such as cervical or prostate procedures.
• Nosebleeds: Helps control bleeding from the nose (epistaxis).
• Hereditary Angioedema: Helps manage an inherited condition that causes swelling in various parts of the body.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid chewing or crushing the tablet.
• It can be taken with or without food according to your comfort.
