Xtralite Cream 15Gm

Xtralite Cream is used for the topical treatment of hyperpigmentation and skin discoloration conditions.

Uses of Xtralite Cream are:

• Melasma Treatment: Helps lighten dark patches and brown spots on the face and skin caused by melasma.

• Hyperpigmentation Management: Reduces excess melanin pigmentation, sunspots, age spots, and uneven skin discoloration.

Use Xtralite Cream as suggested below:

• Ensure that your skin is clean and dry before applying this cream.
• Apply a thin layer of the cream as per your doctor’s prescription.
• Approximately a pea-sized amount may be used for your entire face.
• Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly before and after application.
• Avoid contact with eyes, lips, angles of the nose, and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Consult your doctor for specific advice on how to use this cream effectively.

Xtralite Cream is applied topically.

Xtralite Cream contains two active ingredients as follows:

• Tretinoin (0.05% w/w): It is a retinoid, which is a derivative of vitamin A. It promotes skin cell turnover and exfoliation, helping to remove the pigmented cells on the skin's surface.
• Azelaic Acid (10 %): It helps reduce areas of hyperpigmentation, evening out overall skin tone.

• Store Xtralite Cream at room temperature, not exceeding 25°C.
• Make sure the tube is tightly closed after use to prevent air exposure and do not freeze.
• Keep away from direct light and moisture; avoid storing in the bathroom.
• Keep out of reach of children for safety.

• Use sunscreen to protect from damaging UV light, which increases pigmentation. 
• Limit time in direct sunlight, especially during peak hours.
• Use mild and hypoallergenic skin care products to minimise irritation.
