Xtralite Cream 15gm

Xtralite Cream is used to treat skin conditions like hyperpigmentation, melasma, dark spots, and uneven skin tone. It helps lighten the skin by reducing excess melanin production and is often prescribed for improving skin discoloration caused by sun exposure, hormonal changes, or inflammation.

Use Xtralite Cream as suggested below:

• Ensure that your skin is clean and dry before applying this cream.
• Apply a thin layer of the cream as per your doctor’s prescription.
• Approximately a pea-sized amount may be used for your entire face.
• Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly before and after application.
• Avoid contact with eyes, lips, angles of the nose, and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Xtralite Cream is applied topically.

Xtralite Cream contains two active ingredients as follows:

• Tretinoin (0.05% w/w): It is a retinoid, which is a derivative of vitamin A. It promotes skin cell turnover and exfoliation, helping to remove the pigmented cells on the skin's surface.
• Azelaic Acid (10 %): It helps reduce areas of hyperpigmentation, evening out overall skin tone.

• Store Xtralite Cream at room temperature, not exceeding 25°C.
• Make sure the tube is tightly closed after use to prevent air exposure and do not freeze.
• Keep away from direct light and moisture; avoid storing in the bathroom.
• Keep out of reach of children for safety.

• Use sunscreen to protect from damaging UV light, which increases pigmentation. 
• Limit time in direct sunlight, especially during peak hours.
• Use mild and hypoallergenic skin care products to minimise irritation.
