Swallow each tablet whole with a glass of water.
Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.

Meditrex 25 Tablet 4 may cause the following side effects:

Diarrhoea
Hair loss
Skin rash
Liver function abnormality
Mucositis (Inflammation and soreness of the mucous membranes - the soft tissues lining your digestive tract)
