It belong to a group of medicines called prostaglandin analogues, which lower eye pressure by improving the drainage of fluid from the eye. This type of medicine can gradually darken the eyelid skin and the coloured part of the eye, and change eyelash growth. Tell your doctor about eye pain, marked redness, or changes in vision.
