Indoga 25 Capsule 10 contains indomethacin (25 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Inhibits cyclo-oxygenase enzymes: Indomethacin blocks specific enzymes called cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes, including COX-1 and COX-2, which are responsible for producing certain chemicals in the body.

• Reduces prostaglandin production: By inhibiting these COX enzymes, indomethacin decreases the production of prostaglandins, which are chemical substances produced at sites of injury or inflammation that cause pain, swelling, and fever.
