Composition

Gliclazide (80 Mg) + Metformin (500 Mg)

Gliclapack M Tablet 30 is used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults who require combination therapy when single-agent treatment is not sufficient. It is a combination of two diabetes-controlling agents that work together to lower blood sugar levels.

It contains gliclazide and metformin. Take it as prescribed, with meals to reduce stomach upset. Do not stop taking it without medical advice as your blood sugar may rise.

Keeping to a low-glycaemic diet, engaging in regular physical activity, maintaining a healthy weight and checking blood sugar regularly support effective diabetes management with this medicine.

Tell your doctor if you have liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease or pancreatic disease before starting. Report any signs of hypoglycaemia (shakiness, sweating, confusion), yellowing of the skin or eyes, severe stomach pain, or difficulty urinating.
