Floresp Az Nasal Spray 9.8gm is used in the treatment of:

• Relief of seasonal allergic rhinitis symptoms
• Management of perennial allergic rhinitis symptoms

To administer Floresp Az Nasal Spray 9.8gm properly, follow these steps:

• Clear your nostrils by blowing your nose gently.
• Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use.
• Remove the cap and hold the bottle upright.
• Slightly tilt your head forward, insert the nozzle into one nostril pointing it towards the outer wall of your nose.
• Close the other nostril with a finger and spray the medicine while inhaling gently through your nose.
• Try not to sneeze or blow your nose immediately after using the spray.

Floresp Az Nasal Spray 9.8gm is for intranasal use only. 

Floresp Az Nasal Spray 9.8gm contains two active ingredients that work together to alleviate symptoms of allergic rhinitis:

• Azelastine hydrochloride (140 mcg): Azelastine is an antihistamine that combats the effects of histamine, which your body releases during an allergic reaction. By stopping histamine from binding to receptors in your nasal passages, azelastine decreases inflammation, itching, and other allergy symptoms. It also stabilises mast cells, which helps prevent them from releasing chemicals that cause inflammation.
• Fluticasone furoate (27.5 mcg): Fluticasone is a synthetic corticosteroid with strong anti-inflammatory activity. It works by reducing the production of substances that trigger inflammation and decreasing the number of inflammatory cells in the nasal lining. This helps reduce swelling, congestion and other symptoms linked with allergic rhinitis.

• Keep the in-use bottle at room temperature, stored in an upright position, within the range of 15°C–30°C (59°F–86°F), for a duration of up to 35 days. Each bottle is designed to provide at least 30 doses.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• To manage your allergic rhinitis, consider maintaining a clean environment. Regularly vacuum your home and wash your bedding to reduce allergens like dust mites.
• Pay attention to what you eat. Some foods can trigger allergy symptoms. Try to identify and avoid these triggers.
