Fixcof Cofgels 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Other antihistamines (e.g., loratadine, cetirizine, fexofenadine): Taking multiple antihistamines together can increase drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, or blurred vision. Avoid combining unless specifically advised by your doctor.
• MAO inhibitors (e.g., phenelzine, tranylcypromine): May increase the risk of high blood pressure or severe side effects when used with phenylephrine. Inform your doctor if you are taking MAO inhibitors.
• Sedatives, sleep medicines, or alcohol: Can increase drowsiness and dizziness caused by chlorpheniramine. Avoid alcohol or sedative drugs while taking this capsule.
• Medications for heart conditions or high blood pressure (e.g., beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers): Phenylephrine may raise blood pressure or heart rate, requiring monitoring in sensitive patients.
• Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and other antidepressants (e.g., fluoxetine, sertraline, paroxetine, escitalopram): Concomitant use with dextromethorphan may increase serotonin levels in the body, raising the risk of serotonin-related side effects such as restlessness, confusion, rapid heartbeat, sweating, or tremors. If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Never take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
