CompositionTurbocort Paste is used to treat painful mouth ulcers and inflamed sores inside the mouth caused by injury or irritation, easing redness, swelling and pain.
It contains triamcinolone acetonide, a corticosteroid that acts locally to reduce inflammation, and the paste sticks to the moist lining of the mouth to protect the sore area.
Press a small amount onto the ulcer without rubbing, ideally at bedtime, and avoid eating or drinking straight after. It is for short-term use.
If the sores persist or keep coming back, see your doctor or dentist. Do not use it over an infected area unless advised.
