Etorica 90 Tablet is used to relieve pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. It is a single-ingredient selective COX-2 inhibitor containing etoricoxib.
It may also be prescribed for short-term pain after dental surgery. Take it in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor, using the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed.
Do regular gentle exercises recommended by your doctor or physiotherapist to maintain joint movement, and use a warm compress for stiff joints.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, a history of stroke, stomach ulcers or kidney problems, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Report ankle swelling, unusual weight gain, shortness of breath, black stools or severe stomach pain. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
