ESPIN LT TABLET 10 is used for the following:

• Take the tablet orally with a full glass of water.

• Swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing it.

• Try to take it at the same time each day for best results.

ESPIN LT TABLET 10 is taken orally.

ESPIN LT TABLET 10 contains two active ingredients:

• S-Amlodipine (2.5 mg): As a calcium channel blocker, this medicine prevents calcium from entering the smooth muscle cells of the heart and blood vessels. This action helps relax the arterial walls, decreasing peripheral vascular resistance (the resistance to blood flow in the blood vessels) and reducing blood pressure.

• Losartan (50 mg): This component blocks the receptors for angiotensin II, a substance that causes blood vessels to narrow. By blocking these receptors, losartan allows blood vessels to relax and widen, improving blood flow and reducing strain on the heart.

• Store ESPIN LT TABLET 10 at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C.

• Protect from moisture, heat, and light.

• Keep it in the original packaging until ready to use.

• Store all medicines out of reach of children.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Discard any unused medicine properly.

• Reduce salt intake: Limit the amount of salt in your diet, as high sodium can worsen hypertension (high blood pressure). Aim for less than 5g of salt per day by avoiding processed foods and not adding extra salt to meals.

• Regular physical activity: Engage in moderate exercise like brisk walking for at least 30 minutes most days of the week to help lower blood pressure naturally and improve the effectiveness of your medicine.
