• Used in certain types of nephrotic syndrome (e.g., steroid-resistant forms), especially in children, to reduce proteinuria by suppressing immune-mediated kidney damage

ENDOXAN N 200MG INJECTION 1 contains cyclophosphamide (200 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Immunosuppression: Cyclophosphamide reduces the activity of your immune system by decreasing antibody production and lowering the number of certain white blood cells. This helps manage conditions where the immune system is overactive.

• Reduces protein leakage: The medicine helps reduce protein leakage in nephrotic syndrome by suppressing the overactive immune response that contributes to kidney damage.
