CompositionDrotin-M Tablet is used to relieve painful conditions such as abdominal cramps, menstrual pain, the pain of kidney stones and smooth muscle spasms. It is also used in irritable bowel syndrome and for spasmodic pain of the gut or urinary tract.
It contains drotaverine, an antispasmodic that relaxes smooth muscle, and mefenamic acid, an anti-inflammatory painkiller that blocks pain signals and reduces inflammation.
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed, at the dose set for your age and symptoms.
