Dewroximo Tablet 10 interacts with the following medicines:

• Antacids and Multivitamins: Medicines containing aluminium, magnesium, iron or zinc can affect the absorption of this tablet. For example, antacids like aluminium hydroxide and multivitamins like calcium.

• Uricosurics: Medication like probenecid can increase the levels of cefpodoxime in your blood, potentially intensifying its effects.

• Anticoagulants: Warfarin, a common anticoagulant, may interact with ofloxacin in this tablet, increasing the risk of bleeding.

• Bronchodilators: Theophylline, used to manage asthma, may have increased levels when taken with this tablet, possibly leading to toxicity.

• Oral Antidiabetics: Ofloxacin can affect blood glucose levels when taken with oral antidiabetics like glipizide or gliclazide, causing hypo- or hyperglycemia.

• Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Medication (NSAIDs): NSAIDs such as ibuprofen and diclofenac may increase the risk of seizures when taken with this tablet.

• Dairy Products: Foods high in calcium, like milk or cheese, may decrease the absorption of ofloxacin.

Dewroximo Tablet 10 interacts with the following diseases:

• Tendon Disorders: If you've previously had tendonitis or tendon rupture while using fluoroquinolones, you should be cautious while taking this tablet as it contains ofloxacin.

• Myasthenia Gravis: Ofloxacin in this tablet can worsen muscle weakness in people with this condition.

• Kidney Disease: If you have kidney problems, you may need to adjust the dosage of this tablet under your doctor's guidance.

• Long QT Syndrome: This medicine should be used with caution if you have a history of this heart rhythm disorder.

• G6PD Deficiency: Cefpodoxime in this medicine may cause hemolytic anaemia in people with this condition.

If you forget to take Dewroximo Tablet 10 at the scheduled time, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the dose you missed and continue with your regular schedule. Never double up on a dose without consulting your doctor.
