Dapader Met Xr 10/1000 Tablet 15 contains two active ingredients:

• Dapagliflozin (10 mg): This ingredient functions as a selective sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor. It reduces blood sugar levels by blocking the reabsorption of glucose via the SGLT2 protein in your kidneys, leading to the excretion of excess glucose through urine.

• Metformin (1000 mg): As a part of your body's process to control blood sugar, metformin works by decreasing the production of glucose in your liver and reducing the intestinal absorption of glucose.
