Dard Free Ultra Gel 25gm

Dard Free Ultra Gel 25gm is used for providing fast and effective relief from various musculoskeletal pains. It is a topical analgesic formula. This gel combines the pain-relieving properties of diclofenac diethylamine, menthol, methyl salicylate, and turpentine oil to target pain at its source. It is specifically formulated to help manage arthritic pain, back pain, stiff neck, and sports injuries, including sprains and strains. The gel's cooling sensation, provided by menthol, helps to soothe the affected area, while the other active ingredients work synergistically to reduce inflammation and alleviate pain. 

• Diclofenac Diethylamine (1.16% w/w): This non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) helps reduce pain and inflammation by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins. It effectively manages pain associated with arthritis, sprains, and strains.
   
• Menthol (2% w/w): Menthol provides a cooling sensation that helps to relieve pain and soothe sore muscles. It also acts as a counterirritant, distracting from deeper pain.
   
• Mephenesin (5% w/w): Mephenesin is a muscle relaxant. It works by depressing nerve transmission in the spinal cord and brain, thus relieving muscle spasms and pain.
   
• Methyl Salicylate (5% w/w): Like diclofenac, methyl salicylate reduces inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. It also provides mild pain relief through topical application.
   
• Turpentine Oil (3% w/w): Turpentine oil acts as a counterirritant, which helps to relieve pain by increasing blood flow to the affected area. It also has mild antiseptic properties.
