CremaGel-L Gel is used for managing the following conditions:

• Relief of pain, swelling, and discomfort associated with anal fissures.

• Providing relief in cases of haemorrhoids.

• Reducing pressure in the anal canal to aid healing of anal fissures.

• Topical anaesthesia and lubrication during ano-rectal procedures and examinations.

Use CremaGel-L Gel as follows:

• Ensure your hands are clean before application.

• Gently apply a thin layer of the gel to the affected perianal skin or inside the anus area.

• After application, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid spreading the gel to other parts of your body.

CremaGel-L Gel is applied topically.

CremaGel-L Gel contains two active ingredients that work together to manage anal fissures and haemorrhoids:

• Diltiazem (2%): As a calcium channel blocker, diltiazem relaxes the smooth muscle around the anal sphincter. This action increases local blood flow, reduces anal pressure, and relieves pain and spasms. By doing so, it promotes healing of the fissure.

• Lidocaine Hydrochloride (2%): This component is a local anaesthetic that functions by stabilising the neuronal membrane and inhibiting ionic fluxes required for impulse conduction. Consequently, it numbs the area providing quick relief from pain. Its action starts within 3-5 minutes of application.

• Store CremaGel-L Gel at room temperature, not exceeding 25°C.

• Keep away from excessive heat and protect from freezing conditions.

• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or moist environments.

• Ensure it is safely out of the reach of children.
