Colihenz P 400 Tablet is used in adults for cognitive support and brain recovery following stroke or injury.

Uses of Colihenz P 400 Tablet are:

• Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment: Citicoline aids nerve cell membrane repair and piracetam enhances neural communication during stroke recovery.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
