This weakens the cell wall, causing it to break.
• Ofloxacin (200 mg): A part of the fluoroquinolone class of antibiotics, it works by impeding enzymes necessary for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination. By inhibiting these enzymes, known as DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, it disrupts DNA synthesis, leading to bacterial cell death.

This combination provides a wide range of effectiveness against numerous gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
