Clovate Gm Cream 10 Gm is used for the topical management of inflammatory skin conditions accompanied by suspected or diagnosed bacterial and fungal infections.

Uses of Clovate Gm Cream 10 Gm are:

• Inflammatory Skin Conditions: Reduces redness, swelling, and intense itching in eczema and contact dermatitis.
• Fungal Skin Infections: Clears fungal infections while soothing associated skin irritation.
• Bacterial Skin Infections: Treats superficial bacterial skin infections accompanying skin inflammation.

• Make sure that the affected skin area is clean and dry before application
• Apply a thin layer of the prescribed amount of cream to the affected areas as advised by your doctor
• Gently rub in the cream until it is fully absorbed into the skin
• Always wash your hands thoroughly after application unless your hands are being treated
• Avoid applying this cream to your eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes

Clovate Gm Cream 10 Gm contains three active ingredients which work together to manage skin infections:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): This potent corticosteroid reduces inflammation by inhibiting the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation and reducing the activity of immune cells in the skin.
• Neomycin (0.5%): This antibacterial medicine hampers bacterial growth by binding to a specific part of bacterial cells known as the 30S ribosomal subunit, preventing them from producing proteins that they need to survive and multiply.
• Miconazole (2%): As an antifungal agent, miconazole disrupts the cell membranes of fungi, causing their contents to leak out and leading to the death of fungal cells.

• Store Clovate Gm Cream 10 Gm at a temperature below 25°C.
• Keep the cream in a cool, dry place, shielded from direct sunlight
• Do not allow the cream to freeze
