CompositionClovate GM Cream is used to manage inflammatory skin conditions where a fungal or bacterial infection is present or suspected. It helps reduce redness, itching, and swelling while controlling the underlying infection.
This cream contains clobetasol, a corticosteroid; miconazole, an antifungal; and neomycin, an antibiotic. Apply a thin layer only to the affected areas of skin as directed by your doctor, and wash your hands before and after use. Continue for the full duration prescribed, even if your skin starts to feel better, and avoid using it for longer than advised.
Keep the affected area clean and dry, avoid covering it with tight or airtight dressings unless your doctor advises otherwise, and avoid sharing towels or clothing to reduce the risk of spreading infection.
Tell your doctor before use if you have any other skin condition, a known allergy to steroids or antibiotics, or are using other skin treatments. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, and mouth. Report any worsening irritation, thinning of the skin, or signs of a new infection to your doctor.
