CompositionClot-XL 500 Tablet is used to control heavy menstrual bleeding by helping the blood clot normally during periods. It contains an antifibrinolytic agent that prevents the breakdown of blood clots in the uterus, reducing excessive blood loss. This helps improve menstrual regularity, prevents anaemia, and allows women with heavy periods to maintain better energy levels and quality of life.
Clot-XL 500 Tablet is used to treat heavy menstrual bleeding that occurs cyclically in women of reproductive age by helping control excessive blood loss during periods.
Clot-XL 500 Tablet should be taken orally.
Common side effects of Clot-XL 500 Tablet include nausea, diarrhea, headache, sinus or nasal symptoms, stomach pain, back pain, muscle or joint pain, and fatigue. These side effects often improve as treatment continues.
Most of the side effects mentioned above resolve on discontinuation of the tablet and are temporary and, in most cases, do not require medical attention. If you experience severe or persistent side effects from this tablet, consult your doctor.

Clot-XL 500 Tablet is not recommended for pregnant women. Inform your doctor while this tablet is prescribed to you during pregnancy.
Clot-XL 500 Tablet should be used with caution in breastfeeding women. It can pass into the nursing infant through breast milk. Consult your doctor about the best way to feed your baby if you take this tablet.
Alcohol is not known to interact with this tablet.
Patients with liver impairment can take this tablet when prescribed. No dose adjustment is required in patients with liver impairment.
