Cifex O Tablet 10 is used to treat bacterial infections affecting the respiratory tract, urinary tract, and other parts of the body. This antibiotic medicine supports faster recovery and relief from infection-related issues by reducing fever and discomfort. It is specifically effective in managing conditions like acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia, complicated urinary tract infections (UTIs), uncomplicated gonorrhoea, and acute uncomplicated cystitis.

This weakens the cell wall, causing it to break.
• Ofloxacin (200 mg): A part of the fluoroquinolone class of antibiotics, it works by impeding enzymes necessary for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination. By inhibiting these enzymes, known as DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, it disrupts DNA synthesis, leading to bacterial cell death.
