Celeheal 200 Capsule 10

CELEHEAL 200 CAPSULE 10 is used to relieve pain, swelling and stiffness in adults with arthritis, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis, and is also used for short-term pain after injury or surgery and for painful periods.

Uses of Celeheal 200 Capsule are:

• Arthritis: Helps relieve pain and stiffness in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
• Ankylosing Spondylitis: Helps reduce inflammation in this type of spinal arthritis.
• Pain Relief: Helps with pain after injury or surgery and with painful periods.

Follow these instructions while taking CELEHEAL 200 CAPSULE 10:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water.

• Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

CELEHEAL 200 CAPSULE 10 is taken orally.

CELEHEAL 200 CAPSULE 10 contains celecoxib (200 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Selective COX-2 Inhibition: Celecoxib selectively blocks an enzyme called cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) that produces prostaglandins, substances that cause pain and inflammation in the body.

• Anti-Inflammatory Action: By reducing the production of prostaglandins at sites of inflammation, it helps decrease swelling, pain, and redness in affected joints and tissues.

• Pain Relief: It blocks pain signals by reducing the production of pain-causing chemicals, providing relief from various types of pain, including joint pain and menstrual cramps.

• Fever Reduction: By inhibiting prostaglandins that regulate body temperature, celecoxib helps reduce fever associated with inflammatory conditions.

• Store at room temperature (below 30°C).

• Keep in a tightly closed container, away from heat, moisture, and direct light.

• Protect from exposure to air.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• If you have osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis (joint inflammation), gentle activities like swimming or walking can help maintain joint mobility and reduce stiffness without putting excessive strain on painful joints.

• Including foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids (like fatty fish) and antioxidants (like colourful fruits and vegetables) may help reduce inflammation in your body and complement the action of celecoxib.
