• Oral Anticoagulants: Medicines such as warfarin or heparin can interact with fenofibrate component in Arvast-CF 10 Capsule, potentially increasing the risk of bleeding.

• Bile Acid Sequestrants: These medicines, including cholestyramine and colestipol, may reduce rosuvastatin absorption. You should take rosuvastatin at least 2 hours before or 4 hours after taking these medications.

It's important to know that grapefruit juice should not be consumed while taking Arvast-CF 10 Capsule as it may increase rosuvastatin levels in the body, potentially leading to increased side effects.
