Alzil M Forte Tablet 10 is used to manage symptoms of moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease. It is a combination medicine containing donepezil and memantine, belonging to the acetylcholinesterase inhibitor and NMDA receptor antagonist classes.

This medicine helps improve memory, thinking ability, awareness, communication and daily functioning, and may slow the worsening of symptoms such as confusion and forgetfulness.

Follow these instructions while taking Alzil M Forte Tablet 10:

Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet unless advised otherwise.
Take the medicine at the same time each day.
It may be taken with or without food, as advised by your doctor.
