Composition

Domperidone (10 Mg) + Pantoprazole (20 Mg)

Acipan Plus 10/20 Mg Tablet 10 is used to treat acid reflux, heartburn and gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It is a combination medicine containing pantoprazole (a proton pump inhibitor) and domperidone (a prokinetic).

Together they decrease excess stomach acid and improve the movement of food through the digestive tract, reducing bloating, discomfort and irritation caused by acidity. It can also manage indigestion and gastritis that do not respond to a single medicine. Take it in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor.

Avoid spicy and fatty foods, eat smaller meals and do not lie down soon after eating.
