Acenext SP Tablet is used to manage various types of pain and inflammation, including those related to osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It is also highly effective for relieving dental pain, low back pain, and post-operative discomfort. Additionally, it helps reduce the pain and swelling associated with musculoskeletal injuries and painful menstruation.

• Swallow the medicine whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew or crush the tablet.
• Always take the medicine after meals.
• Stick to the recommended dose given by your doctor, and never increase it on your own.

Acenext SP Tablet is taken orally.

Acenext SP Tablet contains the following ingredients. They ac on the body in the following ways

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): As an NSAID component of the medicine, aceclofenac inhibits the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, especially COX-2. By doing so, it reduces the production of prostaglandins which are responsible for pain, inflammation and fever. Aceclofenac also has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): This ingredient serves as an analgesic and antipyretic. It works by hindering the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system and peripherally blocks pain impulse generation. By raising the pain threshold, paracetamol creates an antipyretic effect by acting on the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre.
• Serratiopeptidase (15 mg): This proteolytic enzyme breaks down inflammatory mediators and decreases fluid retention (edema) at the inflammation site. By doing so, it promotes wound healing and reduces pain and swelling.

• Store Acenext SP Tablet at a temperature below 30°C.
• Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.
