CompositionAcenext-P Tablet is used to relieve mild to moderate pain, inflammation and fever. It is commonly prescribed for conditions such as arthritis, muscle injuries, dental pain, menstrual cramps, headache and pain following surgery. It helps reduce joint stiffness and swelling, making everyday activities easier.
It combines aceclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), with paracetamol, a pain reliever and fever reducer. Take it as prescribed, generally with food to help reduce stomach upset. Continue taking it only for as long as your doctor advises, and avoid using it for longer than necessary.
Resting the affected joint or muscle, applying a warm or cold compress where suitable, and avoiding activities that worsen pain can support recovery alongside this medicine. Do not exceed the recommended dose, and avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products at the same time, as this can affect the liver.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any stomach ulcers, kidney or liver problems, heart disease, or are taking other pain-relief medicines. It is not suitable during pregnancy, particularly in the later stages, or while breastfeeding without medical advice. Report persistent stomach pain, black stools, unusual dizziness, or signs of an allergic reaction such as rash or swelling immediately.
