• Shake well before every use.
• Clean your nose by blowing.
• In an erect posture, insert a nozzle into the nostril, squeeze the bottle once, inhale the spray, or tilt head far back while lying down or sitting.
• Turn the bottle upside down. 
• Allow two to three drops into the nostril & spread.
• Repeat for the other nostril.
