Lactodex 2 Follow Up Formula Powder is used for supporting growth, immunity, brain development and bone health during the weaning stage. It is specially made for babies above 6 months of age. It provides a blend of essential proteins, vitamins, and minerals that can help support a baby's physical and mental development. This formula complements a baby’s weaning diet to ensure they receive proper nutrition.

• Milk Solids: Milk solids are the components of milk remaining after water is removed. They provide natural proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Milk solids support overall nutrition and energy intake.
   
• Maltodextrin: Maltodextrin is a carbohydrate derived from starch sources like corn or rice. It is easily digestible and provides quick energy. It is commonly used to improve texture and calorie content in foods.
   
• Lactose: Lactose is the natural sugar found in milk and dairy products. It serves as an energy source and assists in mineral absorption. Lactose also supports balanced carbohydrate intake in dairy-based nutrition.

• Wash the bowl, measuring cup and spoon thoroughly with soap and water. Then boil in water for 5 minutes.
• Boil drinking water in a separate vessel for at least 15 minutes and leave it till lukewarm.
• Take the measured quantity of the formula in the previously sterilised bowl.
• Add the required quantity of lukewarm water and stir well to get an evenly mixed milk feed.
• After 6 months of age, prepare each feed using 210 ml (about 7 fl. oz.) of warm, previously boiled water.
• Add 7 level scoops of Lactodex Follow-Up Formula to the water and mix well until fully dissolved.
• Offer a total of 7 feeds per day, which typically includes 4 formula feeds and 3 other complementary feeds, or 1–2 formula feeds along with other foods, as part of a balanced feeding routine.

• Store in a cool and dry place in an airtight container.
• Keep away from light, heat and moisture. 
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• Use under medical supervision.
• Replace the lid tightly after each use.
• After opening, use the contents within two weeks or expiry date, whichever is earlier. 
• Once the feed is prepared, use it within half an hour; otherwise, microbial deterioration of the product may set in. Use freshly prepared feed each time and discard any left-over feed.
• If your baby shows signs of intolerance like vomiting, diarrhoea, or allergy, discontinue use and consult a paediatrician immediately.
