Zytee-L Gel is used for rapid localised pain relief and anti-inflammatory action in painful mouth conditions.

Zytee-L Gel consists of three active ingredients:

• Choline salicylate (9%): As an NSAID, choline salicylate inhibits the production and release of prostaglandins, chemicals responsible for causing pain and inflammation in the body. By reducing prostaglandin levels, choline salicylate helps decrease redness, swelling, and discomfort associated with mouth ulcers.
• Lidocaine hydrochloride (2%): As a local anaesthetic, lidocaine acts by blocking nerve signals that transmit pain sensations from the site of application to your brain. This numbing effect offers immediate relief from burning and stinging sensations often associated with mouth ulcers, making it easier for you to eat, drink, and speak comfortably.
• Benzalkonium chloride (0.02%): This is an antiseptic component that can kill germs like bacteria and some viruses. It works by affecting the outer layer of bacteria, leading to cell leakage. It also deactivates molecular enzymes in the bacteria, disrupting critical biochemical systems necessary for bacterial function.

• Store Zytee-L Gel in its original container, tightly sealed.
