Zukamin Plus Drops comprise three active ingredients providing a multi-pronged approach to managing cold and flu symptoms:

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (125 mg): As an analgesic and antipyretic, paracetamol inhibits enzymes called cyclooxygenase in the central nervous system. This action decreases prostaglandin synthesis leading to reduced pain and fever.
