Zoderm Lotion belongs to antifungal class of drug that is used to treat skin fungal infections. It fights illnesses including athlete's foot, Dhobie Itch, thrush, ringworm, and dry, flaky skin by destroying the fungus that causes them. Zoderm Lotion should be used according to your doctor's instructions for dosage and duration. To obtain the most benefit from this medicine, it should be used on a regular basis. Do not use more than you require; doing so will not improve your condition and may even worsen the adverse effects. After 2 to 4 weeks, most skin infections will be gone. Do not use the cream for longer than your doctor has prescribed, and contact him or her if your condition does not improve after 2 to 4 weeks. Keeping the infected region clean and dry, as well as washing hands before and after treating the infection, will help the drug work better. If you have athlete's foot, carefully wash your socks or tights and, if feasible, change your shoes on a regular basis.
