Wingesic MR Tablet is used to ease painful muscle spasms, reduce inflammation, and provide relief from discomfort caused by musculoskeletal conditions. It also helps manage headaches, toothache, menstrual cramps, rheumatic pain, backache, soft tissue injuries, and arthritic pain.

Here are the steps to follow while taking Wingesic MR Tablet:

• Thoroughly follow the dosage and timing guidelines provided by your doctor for taking this medicine.
• Do not change or exceed the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.
• Avoid discontinuing this medication without your doctor's advice. Always consult your doctor before stopping.
• Adhere to the diet plan recommended by your doctor.

Wingesic MR Tablet is taken orally.

Wingesic MR Tablet contains three active ingredients that work together:

• Chlorzoxazone (250 mg): This centrally-acting muscle relaxant acts on the spinal cord and certain areas of the brain. It inhibits multisynaptic reflex arcs involved in producing and maintaining skeletal muscle spasms. This action results in a reduction of muscle spasms and pain.
• Diclofenac (50 mg): This nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicine works by blocking the production of prostaglandins (chemicals responsible for causing inflammation, pain, and fever). By reducing prostaglandins, diclofenac decreases pain and inflammation.
• Paracetamol (325 mg): Also known as acetaminophen, it's an analgesic and antipyretic. It inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system and reduces fever through its action on the heat-regulating centre of the brain. Paracetamol provides effective pain relief and reduces fever.

• Keep Wingesic MR Tablet at room temperature, ideally between 20°C to 25°C.
• Store it in a dry and dark place, away from direct sunlight.
• Ensure that the storage area is well-ventilated.
• Always keep this medicine out of the reach of children.
• Check the expiry date before use and don't take any tablets past this date.

• To manage painful muscle spasms and inflammation, consider including foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, like fish and nuts, in your diet. These may help reduce inflammation.
• Regular light exercise can help keep your muscles flexible and strong, potentially reducing muscle spasms. However, ensure you consult your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
