WELTRAN E TABLET 10 is used to stabilize fibrin fibers, enhance capillary structural integrity, and lower absolute blood loss metrics during acute hemorrhagic events.

Uses of WELTRAN E TABLET 10  are:

• Menorrhagia Control: Minimizes heavy, prolonged, or painful menstrual bleeding parameters in adult women.
• Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Alleviation: Controls irregular or excessive uterine bleeding tracks effectively.
• Hemostasis Stabilisation: Promotes continuous capillary and clot integrity to reduce deep pelvic bleeding volumes.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid breaking, crushing, or chewing it.
• You can take this medicine with or without food, as per your preference.

WELTRAN E TABLET 10 is a combination medicine with two active ingredients:

• Etamsylate (250 mg): This is a haemostatic agent that works by improving platelet adhesiveness and restoring capillary resistance. In simple terms, it strengthens blood vessels and helps platelets (blood clotting cells) stick together effectively, facilitating the initial step of haemostasis, or blood clotting.
• Tranexamic acid (250 mg): This antifibrinolytic agent slows down the breakdown of blood clots by inhibiting a protein called plasmin. Stabilising blood clots in this way helps prevent prolonged bleeding, especially during heavy menstrual periods.

• Store WELTRAN E TABLET 10 at room temperature.
