• Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors: These medications, such as topiramate, may increase the risk of lactic acidosis when taken with Glitame-M 1000 Tablet. Consider more frequent monitoring.
• Hyperglycemic medications: Glucocorticoids, beta-2-agonists and diuretics can counteract the blood sugar-lowering effect of Glitame-M 1000 Tablet. More frequent blood glucose monitoring may be required.
• ACE-inhibitors: Medicines like benazepril, captopril, enalapril, etc. could cause hypoglycemia when used with this medicine. Caution is advised.
