• Pudinah ke Phool (Menthol Crystals); Pudinah ke phool, or menthol crystals, provide a cooling sensation that helps relieve nasal congestion and soothe irritation. For Topical Application 

• Apply on chest, throat and back for relief from 6 cough and cold symptoms such as breathing difficulty, body ache/pain, cough, blocked nose, headache and muscular stiffness. 
• Start feeling relief in 5 minutes from cough, blocked nose and breathing difficulty.

Steam Inhalation

• Add one to two teaspoons to a bowl of hot water (not boiling). 
• Cover your head with a towel. 
• Lean over a bowl to form a tent. 
• Gently inhale for 10-15 minutes. Repeat up to 3 times per day.
