Before this medicine is used, tell your doctor about any kidney problems, raised calcium levels, previous bone radiotherapy, or other medicines you take. Feeling dizzy or having a fast heartbeat can occur shortly after a dose, so it helps to sit or lie down. Report persistent dizziness or fainting.
