TIFDOM CZ TABLET 10 is a combination prescription medicine used to treat vertigo, dizziness, and balance disorders associated with inner ear conditions such as Ménière's disease and other vestibular disorders. It also helps relieve the nausea and vomiting that commonly accompany these conditions.
It combines cinnarizine, an antihistamine with calcium channel-blocking properties that improves blood flow to the inner ear and reduces vestibular stimulation, with domperidone, a dopamine (D2) receptor antagonist that helps relieve nausea and vomiting by blocking dopamine receptors primarily outside the blood-brain barrier.
Take this tablet exactly as prescribed by your healthcare professional, usually with or after meals to minimise stomach upset.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have a history of Parkinson's disease, liver or kidney problems, or heart rhythm disorders. Avoid driving or consuming alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may cause drowsiness.
