CompositionSpade 5 Tablet is an enzyme preparation used to reduce inflammation, swelling (oedema), and localised pain associated with surgical wounds, physical trauma, and inflammatory conditions of the respiratory tract and sinuses.
It contains serrapeptase, a proteolytic enzyme that breaks down abnormal inflammatory proteins, thins accumulated fluids at tissue sites, and accelerates tissue healing. Take it as prescribed by your doctor, usually on an empty stomach or as directed.
Adequate rest, proper wound care, and avoiding physical strain on injured areas support natural recovery alongside enzyme therapy.
Before using this medicine, inform your doctor if you have bleeding disorders, severe liver or kidney failure, or are taking blood-thinning medicines, as serrapeptase may affect blood clotting.
