SOFRAHEAL CREAM 30GM is used to:

• Treat superficial bacterial skin infections
• Manage infected cuts, abrasions, and minor wounds
• Control localised skin infections caused by susceptible bacteria
• Support the healing of infected minor skin lesions

Follow these instructions while using SOFRAHEAL CREAM 30GM:

• Apply the cream exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Clean and gently dry the affected area before application.
• Apply a thin layer over the infected area.
• Wash hands before and after application unless treating the hands.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or deep open wounds unless advised by your doctor.
• Cover with a sterile dressing only if advised.

SOFRAHEAL CREAM 30GM is applied topically.

SOFRAHEAL CREAM 30GM contains the following active component:

• Fradiomycin sulphate (0.5%): Fradiomycin, also known as neomycin, is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that binds to the 30S ribosomal subunit of susceptible bacteria. This interferes with bacterial protein synthesis, leading to the production of defective proteins and eventual bacterial cell death. This action helps eliminate bacteria responsible for superficial skin infections and supports the healing of infected skin lesions.

• Store SOFRAHEAL CREAM 30GM at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight.
• Keep the tube tightly closed after each use to prevent contamination.
• Store in a dry place away from excess moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not use the cream after the expiry date mentioned on the pack.

• Keep the affected skin clean and dry to support faster recovery and prevent infection spread.
• Avoid scratching or touching infected areas frequently, as this may worsen irritation or delay healing.
• Wear loose, breathable clothing to reduce sweating and moisture buildup on affected skin.
