Sitadiet Pm 500sr Tablet contains three active ingredients that work together to control blood glucose levels:

• Sitagliptin (100 mg): Inhibits an enzyme called dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4), which preserves incretin hormones that stimulate insulin release when blood sugar levels are high and reduce glucagon production, particularly after meals.
