Siphene M Tablet 30

Siphene-M Tablet is used for the following:

• Helping women with infertility issues to conceive

• Stimulating ovulation in women who do not produce eggs (anovulation)

• Promoting egg production in women with infrequent ovulation (oligo-ovulation)

• Assisting in conception for women diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

Here's how you should take Siphene-M Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing it.

• Always consume the tablet with a glass of water.

• Do not exceed the dose prescribed by your doctor.

• In case of any doubts, consult your doctor about how and when to take the medicine.

Siphene-M Tablet is taken orally.

Siphene-M Tablet contains clomifene (25 mg), which acts on the body as follows:

• Mimics Oestrogen: Clomifene acts similarly to oestrogen, a female hormone, and binds to oestrogen receptors in the body.

• Stimulates Gonadotropin Production: By binding to these receptors, clomifene triggers an increase in the production of gonadotropins like follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinising hormone (LH).

• Induces Ovulation: The increased levels of FSH stimulate the growth and maturation of ovarian follicles. This process eventually leads to ovulation when LH levels surge.

• Store your Siphene-M Tablet in a cool, dry place, ideally at room temperature, between 15 and 30°C.

• Keep the tablets away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Always keep Siphene-M Tablet out of reach of children.

• Make sure to use the medicine before its expiry date.

• Since Siphene-M Tablet is used to manage infertility related to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), following a balanced diet low in processed foods and sugars may be beneficial. This can help regulate your hormone levels and improve ovulation.

• Regular moderate exercise is suggested as it can help balance hormones and manage PCOS symptoms, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of your medication.
